The A330-200 was showing its age but otherwise this was a pleasant flight with friendly crew. The meals/snack provided were pretty good.
When we checked in my friend and I were sitting seperate. By the time we got to boarding, they automatically switched our seats. I really liked that.
Lost luggage! No representative of the airline present at the airport. Air France contracted the service out to a 3rd party service. The service has no ability to track the missing bag or provide a time frame on its arrival.

1st flight had mechanical issues after we boarded and almost took off. They tried to fix on runway but couldn’t do we went back to the gate. They couldn’t fix it there either. So we had to deplane and board another plane 2 hrs later. All in all our flight was delayed 4 hrs so we had to cancel some business meeting we had in London for the morning since we were supposed to arrive at 7am and did not arrive until 11:45am. Also, the 2nd plane had mechanical issues as well but fortunately they were able to fix on runway.
Took a long time for boarding - people stood in line for at least 30 min..
long flights are never truly comfortable but the airline did their best. crew was great and the flight was safe.
Flight attendants were very professional. Seats for long flights are horrible.
at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!
Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. It never leaves on time. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well.
Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky
The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.
There was no wheelchair or wheelchair escort at the gate..unacceptable
Did not wait long for wheelchair and attendant to arrive after checking in. Wheeled down to plane Was greeted with a smile when entering the plane Choice of snacks was very limited to 2 items.
Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.
We were very impressed by the crew. They were professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. Because the aircraft was relatively small, everyone interacted with the same small number of crew members.
We were charged twice for checked bags and one never arrived at our destination. The flight was delayed 90 minutes with no explanation given.

Left on time. Arrived early. Turbulence coming in and gate not open due to early arrival but expected.
A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.
Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane
Longer wait time at check in at Paris. No bridge to board flight , had to take bus and climb up stairs again to flight. Difficult for ones with back pain like me.

The flight was delayed and we were told the airplane is on its way to the gate from the hangar. We were told this for 2 hours and the flight was continually delayed in ~30 minute increments. Then we ended up having a new airplane. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated and it left everyone feeling confused about when we would actually be leaving. Whenever they communicated a new boarding time it felt arbitrary and random. The boarding process was a mess and disorganized, which made it last longer than necessary. Landing was rough. Seats were uncomfortable.
Midway thru the 2 hour flight the entertainment system just stopped. I could get the map, but the movie and tv stopped playing. It seemed to be an old plane so perhaps it only a rare occurrence.
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights
