The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.
This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.
There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.
Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards
Not exceptional but all good. Business class seats are like the domestic Mint class on Jet Blue. Comfortable but not exceptional. Food is good but not superb. Flight attendants were better on India leg than Miami to Zurich. All India staff was more professional and service oriented. Very polite and service with a smile.
We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!
Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves
The two meals were plentiful and excellent. The drinks were continuous. Thanks, Crew very polite; however a bit "hazard" at the end as they were rushing us off; to prepare for the cleaning team and next flight. Baggage from Berlin was delayed; however through the apps etc; they kept me aware and informed.(.did receive my baggage about 36 hours after my flight arrival). Good experience; thank you.
My experience is very bad. The flight was canceled 2 hours before departure. I lost my hotel reservation and can't get it back.
Boarding was slow and cabin crew was even slowing down the process.
There’s no point in paying for priority if we all just end up in the same queue at the same place
The flight was delayed one hour. Soon after, I got an email saying that the flight was moved for the next day at midnight, changing my entire plans at the destination. I went to the gate to see what was going on and they were actually boarding and in their last call! It was very confusing and stressful because I nearly miss the flight for the miscommunication.
Schiphol airport needs to get their stuff together. I had to wait one hour at the passport control for EU national ID members, not the international one that they were waiting for 4 hours, and the baggage claim had an other hour on top of delays. That is insane, trying to exit the airport, at this point just let me get my own bag from the luggage compartment.
No water or light snacks, unless you pay a lot of money for it. Zero leg space
Yeah, allow us to bring our carry-on luggage without charging more. I've never seen another airline do this, and decreases your chances of my using you again.

Flight delayed. Information was sent via SMS which was helpfull, but also misleading: First message indicated only a change of type of airplane. The second about a delay. No update on revised delay time later. No good follow-up on boarding time etc afterwards,
Checked in is easy and it was a smooth flight from LAX to Munich
Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.
The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.
Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.
Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.
Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

I would not fly again with Discover or Lufthansa. Every leg of the flight was either late (3+ hours) or cancelled at short notice. No alcohol supplied unless purchased.
Flight cancelled then rebooked. Waited hours for help. Customer service lady at airport (who was great) gave us seat upgrade. When we got the the gate to board, gate crew was rude, they switched our seats back to economy and made us and one other couple check our luggage. Dozens of other people with bigger bags weren’t asked to, just us and a couple other foreign passengers. When we boarded the plane, there was plenty of room in overhead storage AND our upgraded seats were empty the entire flight. Awful experience and we missed an entire day in Amsterdam because of this.
