Cons:
When I picked up my car, I was offered insurance for the vehicle. Usually I get it, but this time it was ridiculously high! Over $40 per day...which was twice as much as the highest rate I'd paid in the past.9.6 Wonderful

Extremely Fast Pickup and Drop off. Less then 5 minutes on each end. Car was basically brand new and very clean.Cons:

On sight computer issues for Dollar & Thrifty also available at my pickup sight with only 1 desk person trying to cover all 3 desks severely delayed my pickup for 1 hour after my arrival. Also, sight scheduled to open at 7:30 AM for my drop off, but personnel did not show until 7:45 AM & they just thought that was excusable because they are usually on time!!5.6 Fair

At pickup time, this location was grossly understaffed and had very few vehicles. I ended up with a car that was just returned, so was not cleaned or carefully checked out. Drop off was fine.2.0 Poor

They don't accept debit cards and have a credit score to be approved. A suggestion should be they should run credit before a person shows up to pick up car5.6 Fair

Pros:
The staff at the airport was uncooperative and when I asked if I could change the drop off location the person at the counter made a point to be short and was not helpful. I also asked about adding another driver and he seemed annoyed at my questions. Because of this I canceled my reservation and booked at the counter next door. He told me that I would still be charged for the day if I switched in a manner that was intended to scare me than in making any effort to be helpful. but once I made the other reservation he was able to refund my money.Cons:
