Pros:I asked fir a compact and instead was upgraded to a pick-up truck.Cons:I never drove a full-size pick-up truck before but the counter agent insisted that there is nothing left on the lot and there was no way to otherwise accomodate me.Reviewed Sep 22 2018

They gave my car away. Had to rent a u haul.Cons:Flew to Seattle and tried to pick up a reservation from 4 months ago and they didn't have it. I needed this to drive my 2 friends and I hours away to a concert. Another lady had the same problem while we were waiting. The lady working was nice but the company almost ruined my vacation. Had to rent a moving van from uhaul. It was cheaper, anyway.Reviewed Aug 9 2017
