The pickup location had closed down and no one informed me. I went to the alternate location which was posted on a sign on their closed door. That location said my booking was with a third hire location. When I eventually received a vehicle it was used previously by a heavy smoker. The residual of our was so strong it infiltrated by clothes. I am not a smoker. Overall a very poor experience5.6 Fair

Car was clean and comfortable.Cons:
At pickup I was not given any detailed paperwork or told of a large drop off fee to leave car in Dallas from Houston. Once I dropped it off I was charged over $100 for a drop off fee. If I had known about the fee I would have flown to Dallas with my miles which would have been much cheaper. I think they did this on purpose. Renter beware.9.6 Wonderful
