This company is really bed! They offers card the actually don't have! I maked a reservation for commercial Ford mostang, I called to confirm that it really exists in the branch, than when I came they sat they don't have! And it happened twice, day after day. Don't rent from enterprise10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I showed up and was told there was no car for me. That it would be 3-4 hours and they may have a car. How can I like anything about this? I had to take my family to my dad’s funeral in two Ubers.Cons:
If they know they won’t have a car could they call me? Cant they found a vehicle in another agency rather than having me show up on time to leave in absolute frustration? And telling me things like “at least you have not paid for it” or “you can try at the airport”. If there was a negative customer service score, this would be it.6.4 Okay

Not waiting an hour in the waiting room for my rental. Service was slow only one person working. Car broke down and it took us three days to get a new one after sitting on hold for 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Will never rent from them againBudget

The car was not very good, we had to trade it in, getting to the rental place was quite a hassle from the airport and it closed at 4 PM as our flight arrive to 4 PM costing me another day of rental from another companySixt
