Was not disclosed about an upcharge for the airport . These charges only apply if you flew in to PVD in the last 7 days. Clerk says its in the fine print. Why not disclose upfront when making the reservation in plain terms? Its like bait and switch at the counter. Terrible business practice.4.0 Mediocre

The sevevice was good. Except them trying to pressure you into paying more for insurance. And other upgrades. Also saying I should consider an upgrade because it was going to snow. There was no snow in the forecast by the way.Cons:
The price I reserved the car for was not the price they could give. Apparently the original price i reserved the car for was for non-residents or AAA members. They claimed it was the websites fault. False advertising at its finest!3 locations in Bristol

Staff friendly, but incompetent. Lots of opportunity for training here.Cons:
1) Have the vehicle ready for pickup at the appropriate time. Ours was dirty, and had less than 1/4 tank of gas. 2) Improve team communication. We reserved an SUV because we were 5 traveling together, and I communicated this to the Enterprise staff twice. They still got it wrong. I told them early on the morning of our rental when I called (per their request) to confirm the rental. I told them again when we called for pickup at 3:45 pm. They showed up in a sedan that held 4 (including their driver), so half of our party had to wait at the train station for another pickup. 3) VERY long delay at pickup due to issues #1 and #2. They offered to put gas in the car, and we agreed, thinking that the amount of gas in the car at that time wouldn't even get us out of town. But their gas run took 40+ minutes. Did they go all the way to the airport for it? As a result, instead of slipping out of town before rush hour, we had to drive into the heart of it. They should have warned us of the distance they had to travel for the gas, and the amount of time it would take. 4) No ice scraper in a vehicle, in the winter, in New England. Had to ask for that too.2.0 Poor

We ordered online. Got the confirmation and then once we were in the Uber on the way to the pick up, Enterprise called to tell us they had no cars available. No care and out $25 for the Uber ride. I’ll never rent from Enterprise.5.2 Fair

Booked a res at store near me agent said it was for another location, but was 2nd time that week it happened. Short on time we tried a different location, after confirming this other location had cars avail she transferred my res and I drove 30 mins out of my way. Sat in traffic got to other location only to find they had NO rentals avail. I booked this res a week prior. Store mgr said he'd find me a car, offered an upgrade (reserved full size). I was given a compact sport suv. This was, after sitting in their store for another 30 mins. Then after returning the car I was charged $44.00 more for returning 2 hours late due to traffic (I called ahead).One location in Bristol
