No car at pick up and unsafe to driveCons:My pickup was scheduled for 6 pm, and when I arrived at 6 the office was closed. The only Budget office still open was the airport and the were sold out of cars. So I had to wait until the next morning to pick up a car, forcing me to cancel appointments for the next morning. When I finally picked up the car the next morning they neglected to fill the windshield wiper fluid. It had recently snowed, and my windshield got so dirty on the turnpike that I couldn't see except for through one spot. It was extremely dangerous driving to the next rest stop where I purchase wiper fluid of my own. I am extremely disappointed.Reviewed Dec 28 2017

4648 Baum Budget/Avis OfficePros:The guy working the counter was awesome. The old lady was rude, rushed, and in a panic with 3 customers there. She pre-allocated out the damage form and then got mad I didn't sign it before seeing the car. Then when I saw it there was two very noticible dents through the paint. The guy working the counter was awesome or I would have given the experience 1 star.Cons:The old lady was rudeReviewed May 26 2017

Good last minute bookingPros:I had to postpone my tripback to the USA and needed a new rental I was able to book this one right at the airport with a rate better than my previous rentalCons:The car was a lil beat up but hey It took me from Point A to Point BReviewed Dec 14 2016

Will probably avoid BudgetCons:Front fender of the car was not properly attached. Attendant didn't note on the rental agreement. Attendant receiving the car when I was done insists I had an accident with the car. If I had, there would be scratches on the fender. There aren't any--it looks like brand new except for that it's popping off the side of the car (I've kept the pictures). If I get charged for anything, I'll definitely never use Budget again (or Avis either).Reviewed Nov 20 2016

Debit card not acceptedPros:I couldn't rent the car because I had a debit card and my credit score wasn't high enough? That makes no sense if you are an entrepreneur and you are growing a business in today's economy.Cons:I will stay with enterprise.Reviewed Oct 3 2016

Cons:I had to wait an hour and a half to get my car. And was given a large SUV instead of a compact car, which, while it was the same rental price, cost me more in gas.Reviewed Oct 14 2015
