They could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. I would have been driven to hertz and been left without a car.6.0 Okay

The young man working the counter was pleasant while telling me that they had NO CARS, NO POWER and NO WAY TO GET ME A CAR.Cons:
The reservation system needs to be in better sync with the rental location so when there's an issue like NO POWER at the pick up site and NO CARS available, a customer doesn't waste money taking an Uber to the store only to have to waste more taking another Uber home!!!4.0 Mediocre

The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.3.2 Poor

The guy who checked me out was completely untrained and unfamiliar with how to complete my rental. He had to ask a colleague multiple times for assistance and still made mistakes on my rental. The checkout process was long and tedious. Insufficient lighting in the parking lot to inspect the vehicle. The facility was filthy. The car I needed was not available and they gave me a downgraded vehicle.8.8 Very good

I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.10.0 Wonderful

They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return.
