Everything. They didn’t have any cars for us to take and left us stranded. The girl was rude and didn’t communicate well as to how she was trying to fix the problem. We ended up leaving the location and going with a rental car down the street.2.0 Poor

Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Reserved a convertible. Not only did they not have a convertible, but they actually didn’t have ANY cars available at the time we reserved. And we had a tour booked that we were trying to make. After an hour they told us that they’d located a car but that it was getting an oil change and therefore may take another hour. So we canceled, ubered to Budget, and got a car on the spot.2.0 Poor

Hertz overbooked its reservations. On the morning of pickup, the staff told us there were no cars available for the 6 people waiting with confirmed reservations. Took them about 2 hours to scramble to find other cars for us. It wasn't the fault of the staff at the location, but of Hertz Corporate overbooking their vehicles.10.0 Wonderful

My debit card was alittle damaged from the back that it wouldn’t swipe they didn’t NOT want to Type in my information and basically we’re no help. I had to walk up and down south beach with my bags looking for another car rental place.2.0 Poor

You made a reservation for a company that doesn’t work out of that location anymore so when I went to get the car they did not accept the reservation so I had to make a walk-in reservation with them at twice the rate because I didn’t have a choice.2.0 Poor

I was given a reservation for a car rental from a location and company that was no longer in business was there. I was given a reservation for a car in Payless rental car but when I went to the location it was a Budget rental car and they said they do not accept reservations from Payless.2.0 Poor

Drop off was easy and a relief. Vehicle was clean.Cons:
I ordered a luxury, they had none. I paid for a Mercedes SUV Luxury vehicle. I was on hold for over 90 minutes (screen shot of call) when I tried to complain. I received a Jeep Grand Cherokee. And 25 dollars off my bill. They wanted to refund my debit card I paid with 2 weeks prior to my reservation. Then charge it to a major credit card. I asked why charged and refunded. They then Claimed I didn't read terms and conditions where it explains everything. I was not the only client they did this to while i was there. I wasn't the only one Sixt did this to that day. They didn't have someone elses luxury vehicle who had prepaid and scheduled to be picked up and already paid for. They bate you for what you want online then switch with shitty model and take off a very small inconvenience "sorry" while charging you for tolls and extra insurances. Scam will not use sixt again. Ever.
