I didn't end up getting a rental because though I reserved the car the night before, they had no cars available when I got there. Why can't you guys call those with reservations, since you ask for my phone number, so I'm not wasting my time getting up there to later find out? It'd make it easier. Also, the millenial sitting at the desk didn't even appear bothered at 11a to smile or cordially engage with guests. Just so flat. Yeah, that really makes me wanna come back!

I mistakenly booked my car rental for the wrong location. I tried to fix it two months in advanced and got charged $50 to change my reservation. Not cool. Will never use Kayak or Hertz again. No reason for this ridiculous fee. Bad service.

I reserved this vehicle quickly because a business trip came up and I needed to get to where I needed to be. I went to Hertz just to stand in line for 45 minutes and be told Kayak overbooks and they have no vehicles for me although I held a reservation in hand. This caused such an inconvenience. I pulled up Greyhound but because I was in line over 45 minutes the bus was due to leave within the next 10 minutes. So that didn’t work. I ended up taking Lyft for a 2 1/2 hour ride. This was poor service and to say this was my first time renting from Hertz. Not a good experience at all

I booked the reservation at the wrong location and went to the Enterprise at the MCO airport in Orlando. The lines were really long, but agents from other counters jumped in to help. The Enterprise agent was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about my situation. He located a vehicle that was the same class that I reserved at the other location. Checkout and return were fast, and everything in the price and contract were clear. The Toyota Rav4 was excellent, great gas mileage and clean. Will book through Enterprise again.
