was able to change the drop off location to airport with minimal cost/penaltyCons:
I had to wait for the car to arrive to the car rental place for 3 hours. In addition there were 5 to 7 other people who were also waiting. After waiting for about 1.5 hours the staff realized that they mixed up my car choice and so this led to further delays. Very frustrating to spend 3 hours of my vacation sitting in a parking lot on the highway during a nice sunny day, when I should have been with with my family.10.0 Wonderful

Everything. The car was not ready upon pick up. I was told “we have no cars here for you so you can either wait or take a smaller car” I then I had to wait for someone to return a car, then wait for it to be cleaned. I got the car and the driver window would not roll down. I called 3 location in the are to switch the car out and no cars were available. On my 14 hour drive one of the tires continued to lose pressure, also the car shook when driving over 50 or accelerating. At my destination I had to contact 5 enterprises a day to see if any cars were available to switch out. During 5 days no one had any cars, so I was forced to drive this car which I did not feel safe in 14 hours back home.10.0 Wonderful

Enterprise overall as a company needs to do better with their online reservations. I made a reservation in Hollandale and they claim that they called me but they never did to tell me that the car reserved was not available so when I went to pick up the car they told me that as well as that there were no other cars available he gave me a card and told me to call around to the other enterprise to see if they had a car available10.0 Wonderful

The car was clean.Cons:
The location where I made the reservation didn't have any cars available and had been waiting all afternoon for the distribution center to send over more cars. Four of us in the lobby were stuck. Luckily, another woman asked them to check a different location about 15 minutes away. The associate did, and they had cars. The associate asked if we'd be willing to go to that location and since I had been dropped off, I didn't have transportation. Thankfully, the woman who'd asked was a real Good Samaritan and offered me a lift. When I got to the other place, they didn't have the car I reserved (an intermediate) and I had to take a compact, which I didn't enjoy, but I took anyway because I was under a time crunch. This other location did their best but they seemed overwhelmed with all of us coming over. The first Avis center was all very disorganized. How is it they accepted reservations without available cars? Why didn't I get a call ahead of time if there were no cars, so I could make other arrangements? It was a mess.6.8 Okay

Waited for 30+ minutes for someone to come to the check-in desk. The staff member was excellent but she was the only person on staff and it seemed like she was left alone to do all of the work.Budget

The second car they gave me was fully functionalCons:
The first car was broken, vibrated/shock-likely something wrong with the tires. The second car they gave was filthy, the trunk had bananas, grocery bags, wrapping paper, old masks. There were chips by the driver’s seat. Both car were clearly never cleaned when I rented them for their enhanced cleaning during covid. Very disappointed with the whole experience10.0 Wonderful
