No one was in the office when we arrived and after waiting awhile we called by phone which finally brought out a man from the back who was busy reading his phone and didn't acknowledge us. We thought he might be another customer until he was joined by a young woman, who took care of our reservation. We were also charged an additional $40 for picking up the car before noon.
