Pros:
The first guy helping me was very adamate about NOT writing down prior marks that were on the car. My car had multiple cigarette burns and the Check Maintenance light was on. When I asked for a copy of this, the sales guy got very nasty. He was sighing and rolling his eyes. Kept saying it's in his computer and he wouldn't write it down. I then started to voice my concerns and the guy told me I had two choices! At that point I knew he was going to tell me to leave but luckily another guy stood up and took over and he was very nice and switched me out of that car and offered me multiple cars to choose from. But then he scared me half to death about getting into an accident and how my insurance wouldn't cover everything 100% due to their guidelines. The guy talked to me for about 10 min straight about getting " their" insurance. In the end I didn't but I have never been so worried in my life about driving a car. Needless to say, I will never rent from Enterpeise again. In fact my experience was so horrible and offensive, I plan on contacting the regional manager.2.0 Poor

I made a pre paid reservation a month earlier When i went to pick up the vehicle, you did not have it available. A similar vehicle was returned as I was about to leave and because I really didn't have more time to lose, I took it. Dirty and with less of a quarter tank of gas. The vehicle was fine but don't think I should have had to go thru the stress. My Hertz experience in Mexico was great. Pretty sad our quality here wasn't up to par. The crew did ask me to wait to get the vehicle ready. I prepaid it so o could leave as scheduled for my trip.2.0 Poor

Booked the rental to evacuate from hurricane Irma, went to pick up the car 4 days before The storm and the locations closed without telling anyone even though our rental was confirmed. Called customer service and they told me if I wasn't willing to drive an hour north to a different location then I was out of luck.. this was the least professional experience I've ever had2.8 Poor
