The cars weren’t spotless, but that wasn’t a problem for me. We did get have to exchange cars due to a tire issue. We called ahead and discussed it with E-Z Rent-a-Car. They said they made a note on our profile and there would be no problem coming back and exchanging the car. When we got there, they didn’t seem to know what we were talking about and we spend a little longer than necessary due to some confusion about the exchange. Worked out in the end.4.0 Mediocre

Several vehicles I chose - but didn't drive away - wreaked of cigarettes! Are you guys charging/fining people afterwards when they blantantly disregard the agreement terms that say NO SMOKING - because National is clearly NOT doing anything to actually clean the horrible smell from the vehicles. This is a big problem I always have with National and in general the rental industry effectively encourages people to smoke in their vehicles as the do nothing to enforce - or recitify the problem after the fact.Rhodium
