Cons:
Rented a 12 passenger van. At pickup, I was told I had to purchase supplemental insurance, since it was a commercial vehicle. Also, the van was not very clean when we picked it up.9.6 Wonderful

Staff was nice. However they helped as little as possible, but over all the experience was. Okay.Cons:
The vehicle had a sticker on the door saying it was cleaned. A baby sock was found in the back hatch area, which should have been easily found if cleaned. The worst part was a strong odor coming from the driver side back seat. Terrible smell, I drove straight from NY to Fl. When I got home my wife told me it smelled like baby vomit or spilt formula.2.0 Poor

Staff members. Girl that had to downgrade me from an SUV to a full size vehicle was just doing her job.Cons:
Don't use a debit card unless you only want a maximum of a full size car. I requested an SUV because I had to travel and the weather got pretty bad. I had to downgrade to the Maxima and the handling was terrible. I understand there's rules but my debit card has more cash on it than most credit cards. They could have done a larger deposit or something to secure the vehicle I requested. I needed the vehicle so I couldn't cancel or change things.2.8 Poor
