The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had great maps and were very knowledgeable on which buses and subways to take to get around. The room

Horrible

Checked in at 2am for business. Door didn't lock, window wouldn't lock, room was dirty. I 'checked out' imediately and they still charged me more...
