Terrible. I reserved a car with them for a noon pickup and arrived early evening of the same day and they said since I was late the car was no longer available and I had to pay $400.00 more dollars for the same car.Reviewed Mar 13 2024

horrible I specifically booked a car for the 4th of feb , i am absolutely sure thats what i booked . I recieved a confirmation with wrong date . I called and texted asap to explain . no help whatsoever so i end up in salt lake with no rental car for the week i was there , and am bieng billed for a car for the wrong dates , I am positive I booked the correct date , as i booked on the 4th and needed the car that day ! Why would I book a rental for dates i wont even be there ? This whole situation makes me wonder if using KAYAK. who is also no help is worth it I can easily go to other travel websites and have a better experience .Reviewed Feb 19 2024

Everyone was kind and helpful. Pickup and drop off were fast and easy. Airport shuttle was quick, clean, and courteous. They upgraded me for no charge because the car I rented wasn't available when I showed up early. The car was nearly new, but did have some scratches on the bumper. I marked those on the pickup sheet and it was no problem.Reviewed Jan 2 2024

The car had over 64000 miles on it and it showed every one of those miles. Dents, scratches, chipped windows. It overheated as we drove it and it was not cleaned well from the previous person. The office was disgusting and the shuttle was worse. DO NOT rent from them. Pay the extra for a reliable companyReviewed Jul 16 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off were quickest I have had for off-site rental. Not sure if it's always this fast- but worked well for us. Personnel were friendly and price was very reasonable.Cons:The car could have been cleaner. But - wasn't horrible.Reviewed May 27 2021
