Every major car rental company operates at Frankfurt International Airport. Rental car booths are located in each terminal before the security checkpoints. Public/Ground Transfer
Passengers who require long distance transportation to and from the airport can access the local railway station next to Terminal 1. All trains arrive and depart from platforms 4 - 7. Free airport shuttles continuously pick-up and drop-up passengers from distant parking facilities and the terminal buildings. Hotel courtesy shuttles are also on hand to assist passengers with transportation. Large groups and corporate travelers can make reservations with a private shuttle company. Many shuttle companies charge a flat per passenger fee.
Limousine Services
Private limousine services are on hand to carry airline passengers to destinations within the region. Several companies are authorized to operate at the airport, and guests can make reservations online or by telephone contact. Limo service pick-up and drop-offs are in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 and on level 2 of Terminal 2.
Taxi Services
Taxicab services are available outside Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 around the clock. Meter rates apply and advance reservations are not required. Airport personnel are close by to assist. Guests traveling to the airport should tell the taxicab driver the name of their airline. Taxicabs unload passengers in front of their terminal.
