Frankfurt International Airport is a state-of-the art facility located near Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This airport is the largest in Germany, and the third largest airport in Europe. Each year more than 52 million travelers pass through the terminals on their way to other destinations. As a major hub for several international flights, Frankfurt receives a lot of traffic. Currently, more than 100 airlines arrive and depart from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Frankfurt International Airport also offers a wide range of business amenities, which include airport conference center, meeting rooms, and on-site catering service.

Directions

If you are coming from the NORTH (e.g. Kassel, Hannover, Hamburg), on highway A5, in the direction of Frankfurt: before you get to the junction at Frankfurter Kreuz, follow signs to "Flughafen" (Airport).

If you are coming from the SOUTH (e.g. Basel, Karlsruhe, Darmstadt), on highway A67: join the A5 towards Frankfurt and Frankfurter Kreuz and follow signs to "Flughafen" (Airport).

If you are coming from the EAST (e.g. München, Würzburg), on highway A3, in the direction of Frankfurt: pass the junction at Frankfurter Kreuz and follow signs to "Flughafen" (Airport).

If you are coming from the WEST (e.g. Cologne (Köln) ), on highway A3, in the direction of Frankfurt: go to the junction at Wiesbadener Kreuz, change to the A66 in the direction of Frankfurt and follow signs to "Flughafen" (Airport).

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 features five levels. The ground level contains Sheraton Hotel and railway system. Level 1 contains baggage claim, security checkpoints, and curbside drop-off and pick-up zones. Level 2 contains ticket counters and above-ground access to Terminal 2. Three concourses are located on levels 3 and 4. Concourse A contains gates A1 - A65. Concourse B contains gates B1 - B59. Concourse C contains gates C2 - C23.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 contains two levels. The lower level contains baggage claim, ticket counters, security checkpoints, and ground transportation services. Two concourses are located on the upper level. Concourse D contains gates D1 - D13. Concourse E contains gates E2 - E11. Concourse E gates E21 - E26 are located on the lower level of Terminal 2.
