Cons:
The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.10.0 Wonderful

The place had one car with the check engine light on. I refused it and they sent me to another location after I PAID them for a full size car which I RESERVED. Got to the new place and all they had were compact cars. So I had to get a compact car and I paid for a full size with the promise they would refund me the difference when I returned the car. Not a good experienceHertz
