Pros:Nothing. I ran into a friend outside, had nothing to do with renting a car. Only positive thing to happen near hertz.Cons:Worst customer service ever! First off, stock reservation time is 12pm on website, got there and dude went to lunch. Got there atm1pm and watched this dill holeifrom hertz screw up two reservations in front of me! Then got to me, and screwed my payment up somehow. Worst experience ever. Left without a car, and wasted hours. Dont rent from these idiots, especially in auburn!Reviewed Jun 9 2017

Pros:The mini van was fine, as we expectedCons:We specifically wanted a mini van for various reasons. When we went to pick up in the AM, the employee decided that we would probably be just as happy with an SUV because there was a shortage of minivans. No, we wanted a mini van and we had good reasons. A simple phone call would have given us options. But instead we had to find an actual minivan in another town, go there, and start over. This delayed our departure aproximatley 4 hours, and we missed an appointment at our final destination.Reviewed Apr 29 2017

Car was falling apart.Pros:Pickup and drop off was handled quickly.Cons:Car had noted front end scrapes when I took it. The front bumper proceeded to come apart, I was afraid it would fall off. I returned the car a day early because I was uncomfortable driving it. "Oh that happens all the time.", said the employee. No offer of compensation at all.Reviewed Feb 3 2017
