Cons:There was no car available when we went to pick up. We did not rent a car and this was a terrible inconvenience for us and our family we were visiting. We have asked for a refund of our prepayment.Reviewed Nov 28 2018

Overall, not badPros:Clean car, great location (I can walk there from my house), the car was new of course so it was comfortable and the price could not be beat.Cons:There was only one thing that I didn't like about the rental and that was that it only had one car jack. Made a much more stressful ride because there was no way to plug in a GPS and movies for the kids.Reviewed Dec 30 2016

Easy, Peasy!!!Pros:Very quick transaction. ....."In and Out" in short order.Cons:I completed all the paperwork online and thought I would save Some time.........NOT! It didn't, had to do or again when I got there. My rental was a Ford Focus and it had serious transmission problems and there was no washer fluild. They need to do a better.Reviewed Oct 19 2016
