The Royal Plaza Inn is the perfect place to stay for business or pleasure It is a resort lodging facility, designed to provide guests with luxurious surroundings at reasonable rates. It consists of four buildings. The hotel has two two-story wood-frame building with block veneer totaling 99 rooms: 25 king beds, 64 double beds and 10 King Wet Bar rooms. All of the rooms have carpeted floors, vinyl-tile bathroom flooring, painted-drywall interior partions and popcorn finished ceilings. Air-conditioning throughout all building areas is provided by central HVAC. The hotel has an interior-corridor with rooms situated on either side of an enclosed central corridor. Access to the second floor is provided by stairways. The third building is a large meeting room next to an oversized heated pool and spa with a seating capacity of 50 people. There is also a full service restaurant on the property called Cactus Jacks Bar & Grill. Ask anyone in the area for a dining recommendation and Cactus Jack's will probably be at the top of the list. The Dining Room specializes in prime rib and steak and also features nightly seafood specials. The Coffee Shop is open from 6 a.m. and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sports Bar is a favorite of golfers and polo players. Catering is also available. There are separate laundry machines and several vending machines for guests. The amenities offered are equal to those of much higher priced hotels.
