While convenient, Short-Term Parking is located directly in front of the Main Terminal. The first half-hour of parking is free in any of the three garages, but in the Short-Term Parking area after the first thirty minutes the rates are $1 per half hour or $12 per day. Each parking area offers Pay & Go to allow for more convenient exiting. With Pay & Go, passengers take their parking ticket upon arriving at the garage and carry it with them on their trip. Upon their return, they simply swipe their ticket into one of the Pay and Go Kiosks in the Baggage Claim area and pay at that machine by credit card. When exiting, the driver will insert his or her ticket and leave.
Long Term Parking
Facing the terminal, Long-Term Parking is located down the road next door to the Short-Term Parking area. Rates in this lot are $1 per half hour or $8 per day. All Long-Term Parking spaces are within walking distance to the airport so shuttles are not used.
Discount Airport Parking
The Discount Parking area is down the road beyond the Hilton Airport Hotel. The hourly rate is the same as the Short-Term Parking area, but the daily rate here is an extremely affordable $6 per day. Passengers can walk to the airport along sidewalks, therefore the airport does not use shuttle services.
Handicapped Parking
There are a number of handicapped parking spaces located in both the Short-Term Parking area and the Long-Term Parking area. The airport does not use shuttles, but if assistance is needed getting from the car into the terminal, passengers can call the airport in advance for available options.
Airport Hotel Parking
Hilton Knoxville Airport offers free parking in the hotel's parking area for anyone who spends a night either before or after their flight out. Newlyweds will appreciate a special Honeymoon Package that offers them Club Level accommodations, free champagne upon arrival, breakfast in bed, and free parking during their honeymoon. The airport is connected to the Hilton via a covered skywalk.
