Munich International Airport is located 18 miles northeast of Munich and hosts thousands of travelers each day. Approximately 30 million travelers visit the airport annually. Munich International is one of the largest airports in the world and has two terminals. Terminal 1 features five halls (A, B, C, D, & E), and a central area. This terminal receives arrivals and departures from more than 60 airlines, which includes Delta Airlines, British Airways, and Air France. Terminal 2 features two halls (G & H) and serves 26 airlines.

Munich International Airport offers a wide selection of passenger amenities and airport services. Travelers can take pleasure in a large number of retail shops, lounge areas, and food establishments. Munich Airport has an Internet café, on-site post office, travel market, visitor terrace, and more. To accommodate business travelers, the airport also features a modern business center located on the top level of the Munich Airport Centre. The Centre is conveniently positioned between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Meeting room amenities include projection screen, security, Internet access, relaxation rooms, and a magnificent view.

Directions

Munich Airport is located off A92. Take A99 and exit at A92. Follow signs to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 serves more than 60 airlines, which offer non-stop service to several international destinations. This terminal has five halls or concourses. Hall A contains gates A11- A34; hall B contains gates B1 - B17; hall C contains gates C2 - C10; hall D contains gates D1 - D23. Hall E contains passenger amenities and services such as telephone and lifts. Check-in, ticket counters, baggage claim, and security checkpoints are located on the lower level of Terminal 1.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 serves approximately 26 airlines and includes three levels. The lower level consists of ticket counters, check-in, banking services, baggage claim, security checkpoints, and retail shops. Hall G is located on the middle level and contains gates G1 - G48. Hall H is located on the upper level and contains gates H1 - H48.
