The fact that kayak didn't give my number to the rental and they told me they didn't have a car so I had to scramble to find a rental for that same day. What made it worse is I had made the pick up for 5 and most places were closed by then.Avis

Everything else was good.Cons:
Car seats were stained and smelled like cigarettes. Some maintenance lights kept flashing on and off while driving. Windshield also had a crack in it. Had minor scratches on the outside of the car. I liked the car and service overall.2.0 Poor
