Portland International Airport is the largest airport in Oregon and is a major commercial and cargo hub. The airport is served by Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, Big Sky Airlines, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, US Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Lufthansa, Mexicana, Northwest Airlines, Air Canada, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, and United Express. The airport's cargo operations are served by Air China Cargo, Air Transport International, Airborne Express, Ameriflight, Federal Express, Kitty Hawk Aircargo, and United Parcel Service (UPS). The airport has a number of shops and restaurants to make traveling more convenient and many services are available for the convenience of passengers and visitors.

Directions

If you are traveling from points south, you have two options for getting to Portland International Airport. You can take Interstate 5N to the I-84E exit. From I-84E, travel to I-205N. Take the Airport way West exit off of Interstate 205 and follow Airport Way to the terminal. You can also simply take I-205N to Airport Way West exit and follow Airport Way to the terminal. From the north, travelers can take I-5S to I-84E. From I-84, get on I-205N and take Airport Way West exit off of I-205. Follow Airport Way to the terminal building. You can also take I-205S directly to Airport Way West and follow it to the terminal. If you're traveling from the east, take I-84W to I-205N and take the Airport Way West exit off of I-205. Follow Airport Way to the terminal. From the west, you'll have to follow a few more steps to get to Portland International Airport. Take Highway 26 east toward Portland. From there, take I-405S to I-5N and take the I-84E exit. From I-84E, exit onto I-205N and take the Airport Way West exit. Follow Airport Way to the terminal.

Concourse A

Concourse A at Portland International Airport serves Alaska Airlines as well as Horizon Air, which is operated by Alaskan Airlines. Flights from this terminal are to destinations in the Western U.S. including California, Washington, and Nevada. Concourse A also has several traveler amenities available to make traveling more pleasurable.

Concourse B

Concourse B at Portland International Airport serves Alaska Airlines with destinations such as Anchorage, Denver, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Diego. Service to Boston is scheduled to begin in September 2007.

Concourse C

Concourse C at Portland International Airport serves Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines Southwest Airlines, US Airways, and US Airways operated by America West. Some of the destinations these airlines run to include Albuquerque, Phoenix, Charlotte, and Denver.

Concourse D

Concourse D at Portland International Airport handles all of the airport's international arrivals and departures by Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Delta Connection, Hawaiian Airlines, Lufthansa, Mexicana, and Northwest Airlines.

Concourse E

Concourse E at Portland International Airport serves Air Canada, Air Canada Jazz, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, and United Express.
