Eight car rental companies operate out of Richmond International Airport. These car rental companies are Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. The car rental counters are located on the lower level of the airport's terminal building. Travelers may book rentals by visiting the Web sites of individual car rental companies or making telephone reservations in advance.

Public/Ground Transfer

Airport Shuttles

ParkEasy Courtesy Shuttle runs every ten minutes and brings travelers and visitors from the economy parking lots directly to the terminal building. The shuttle is fully handicapped and wheelchair accessible for customer convenience.

Limousine Services

A number of limousine services offer service from Richmond International Airport to other destinations. Groome Transportation operates a sedan service that departs from the curbside at the airport. The airport is under contract with several approved taxi services that provide transportation for airport visitors and airline travelers. These taxis operate from the curbside near the North Garage and are available from first flight departure to last flight departure each day.
