Salt Lake City International Airport - SLC Parking

SLC International Airport has a number of convenient parking options for short- and long-term parking. The airport features a three-level hourly/daily parking structure, a sizeable economy lot for longer term parking, and a free park & wait lot.

The airport is instituting a time-saving ticketless ePay system for its parking lots, which will allow parkers to simply use their credit or debit cards instead of having to get a parking ticket and then pay.

The airport also is designing a "frequent parker" program, too, that allows frequent airport visitors to earn points for parking, services, and gift certificates. For more information on this frequent parker program, visit the airport's website: Parking

For short-term parking, the airport encourages the use of its hourly/daily parking structure, located just south of the terminals. Level 1 is restricted to hourly parking. Accessible parking is available on all three levels of the garage.

Free Parking

The first 30 minutes in the garage are free; each additional 20 minutes is $1. The maximum parking fee (and the daily maximum) is $25.

For drivers waiting to pick up passengers, the park & wait lot, located south of Terminal 1, is a convenient and free option. You have to stay in your car while waiting for your passenger if you use this option. The lot includes 100 spaces. As an added bonus, there are three electronic flight information signs displaying flight arrival information so you can keep tabs on your passenger.

Long Term Parking

Located south and west of the terminal buildings, the economy lots are suitable for long-term parking. Free shuttle service runs every five minutes and transports passengers between the lot and the terminals. Accessible parking is conveniently located near shuttle stops. Rates in the economy lot are $1 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour up to a daily maximum of $6 and a weekly maximum of $42.
