Pros:
The scheduled pick up time was for after this location was already closed. We showed up and no one was there. Very disappointing! We had to change our plans and come back the next day. The staff was not apologetic at all and said oh yeah we tried to call you. I guess they don’t know how to use a phone because I never got a phone call. Very unprofessional and super inconvenient. Made my husband late for work. Also when we pick the car up the following morning they tried to give my husband a smaller cheaper car than what we had originally paid for no offer for an upgrade or anything better because of the inconvenience. Overall very poor experience.Cons:

The young woman working at the counter was fantastic! Quick, smart, polite, just all around amazing experience for the 4 minutes we spoke. Oh I forgot to mention, she was efficient!Cons:

The person at the counter was exceptional polite and curtious! He was also then when I dropped off the vehicle. I will use this particle Budget again solely based on his performance! It's rare to see someone In Customer Service go above and beyond! Thank you2.0 Poor

Cons:
I had a reservation for 6pm. I was running a little late, so tried calling prior in order to let them know I hadn't forgotten. No answer. I went anyways, thinking they had missed the phone call - no luck. Closed without any communication whatsoever. I had to take an extra hour out of my day to go to a different rental place (which was also significantly more expensive). Absolutely disappointing.Avis

I will never use Hertz again! The car died and the "emergency" assistance was the worst I've ever experience; being on hold for 40 minutes at a time, impossible to talk to an actual person--then taking SIX hours to get a replacement while my children and I were left on the side of a busy highway!!!10.0 Wonderful
