Despite my reservation, when I arrived at your counter, there were no cars available. The person in charge then asked me to check with another company as they couldn't do anything for me.

Have to wait for a shuttle bus, then it’s a 15 minute ride to the rental center.

Had to stand in line for about 50 minutes. The agent sped through the paperwork. Not sure if he actually looked at the reservation. Charged way more than the quote. Upgraded car. . . it was very nice. Had to add 2 more days because of backed up traffic on the freeway back to Las Vegas. They were very helpful. Between the rental and insurance it came to over $1000.00. Have had a lot better interaction with Budget in the past.

The car we got, an Infiniti qx80, was in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to drive the vehicle into canyonlands

Cons:

We would have preferred a vehicle with slightly larger storage space, such as a Ford Expedition or a Chevrolet Suburban. But these options weren't available at the rental unit
