There was nobody at the desk to pick the car up from after we had reserved it online. Hotel staff gave us a number to call, and they did not pick up. We waited 30 minutes and after nobody showed up we left. Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had

We were sent to the wrong location which cost us close to $100.00 us for Ubers to get the car and another $90.00 us to return it. Not happy.

They did not have a car ready, despite me making the reservation over a month in advance. Person at the counter was extremely unhelpful and was not willing to help or assist in finding a solution. Had to go to another rental car place and rent a car elsewhere.

Parking lot was not well marked for after hours.drop off at hotel. Other than that the service at pickup was excellent.

Amazing experience. One of the best employees I've ever dealt with was the Hertz employee at the pick up location. He was working by himself, but still worked as quickly as possible while still helping each of the customers diligently. My return was not processed right away, but it did get corrected quickly.

Not sure how I rented this car at the Marriott, and not the airport; but I wasted a lot of time - both on hold and dialing a number provided to only be repeatedly disconnected- with Hertz, trying to talk with a human- and when I finally got to their clearly foreign based scripted call center- they could not assist me!!!! I will NEVER rent with Hertz again!!!! And today I noticed Hertz attempted to charge my credit card additional monies; when they had no basis whatsoever to do!!! I held up my end of the contract- even returned the car three hours before I had arranged to! Hertz has lost my business!!!

Absolutely horrendous vehicle. Poorly maintained. Steering wheel or left front tire rubbed when turning and there was a terrible rattle. Had a flat tire and tire was so bald it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Tire place was shocked the vehicle was allowed on the road with such bald tires. Shocking that Budget allowed this vehicle to be rented out in such poor condition. Terrifying to drive.

The vehicle was poorly maintained. The steering wheel or left front tire rubbed when turning and there was a terrible rattle. Had a flat tire and the tire was irreparable so had to be replaced. Rear tires were completely bald and tire place was shocked the vehicle was even on the road. Very unsafe and shocking that Budget allowed the vehicle to be on the road.

Although I had 4 reservations, they did not have but 1 van. I even verified with the location the day before to confirm the vans were there

The car itself was fine and ran great. I was told since I picked up the vehicle 2 hours later than the reservation was for the price doubled. Obviously, there is no were online it states that. After calling into customer service and I was very blessed I was able to speak with a great supervisor to clear everything up. Unfortunately, with this experience and attitude from some of the associates working there I will never be back. One of the associates asked me what was in my bag since I had a bag with all my essentials from my car like car insurance papers, and things like that.

Cons:

The pick up location in Las Vegas was not at the airport terminal and there was no shuttle service offered to the Enterprise location.

The great gas mileage! It was "snappy" to drive Small enough to fit into narrow parking spots

It is low when getting in the car (Nissan Sentra)

Not good! After checking to make sure they had a shuttle from the airport, they failed to mention that they close at 4 PM. My flight didn't arrive until 6 PM. I proceeded to the Airport Rental Center AVIS counter and was told that they do not honor offsite contracts even though they are the same company. I rented a vehicle from them as I need to get to my final destination, however, the price went from $58.00 to $285.00.

Not much. The check engine light came on 200 miles into a 900 mile trip!

The car got us to our destination

Cons:

Took shuttle from airport to off site Avis rental and told we were at the wrong Avis. Took a taxi to the next Avis which took another 40 min and $55. Gave us the wrong car. Retuned car next day - paper work was entirely wrong.
