Cons:
The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.2.0 Poor

Cons:
There were no cars available to fulfill our reservation. The Enterprise corporate staff assured us there were cars available when we phoned the night before but then on the morning of the rental, the local office called to tell us they had none and could not fulfill the reservation. We ended up renting directly from a local Avis but it caused us a lot of headache And stress at the start of our vacation. Was very disappointing as no one from Enterprise seemed able to resolve the situation.10.0 Wonderful

Wanted car at a different location for pick up. Would have saved me a couple hours on pick up and drop off. Yes I could have picked up closer but car was more expensive at that location.10.0 Wonderful

The only thing I wish was that there were floor mats in the car. Colorado is very dusty and I was concerned about tracking dirt on the carpet.Sixt

The car was late to drop off and was not cleaned out but we were going on a family trip so we needed to leave. There was a nail in the drivers side tire and we used fix a flat and after hours drop off so I could not tell them. Not sure if the nail was in the tire when we picked it up but we were far from any towns and limited cell service so we did what we could do.10.0 Wonderful

Only issue was Avis Lakewood overcharging me at return. They quickly fixed this after I called customer care, but I don't appreciate having to find extra unauthorized charges on my credit card and spending time on the phone to get it fixed.Budget

I prepaid for my Hertz rental and got a call the morning of the reservation saying that they did not have a car for me. The Hertz employee was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. When I called Hertz, they told me I had to call a different number for the refund. I called that number and it connected me back to the exact same customer service menu. They ended up switching my reservation to a different location and i got ANOTHER call 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my car saying that there was no car for me! Long story short - I am still trying to get my money refunded and I never got a car from them. Worst car rental experience EVER2.8 Poor

Total failure. When I arrived there was no car, and they wouldn't help me. I had to make a last minute reservation at a different company, which cost more, and I had to Uber to the other place, which cost more. Hertz failed at the highest level.4.4 Mediocre

It took over an hour to pick up my rental ahead of a 14 hour drive. I was also misquoted the price on-line. It said 130 when I booked it and ended up being $160+, that's after they tried to charge me for an extra day after I was given an incorrect drop off time. In the future I will not be using hertz or will be going through another booking source.10.0 Wonderful
