Long Term Parking

Long-term parking is found in Garage B. The garage sits behind Garage A and is connected to the main terminal via an indoor moving sidewalk. The rates in this garage are: First ½ hour is free, up to three hours costs $3, up to six hours costs $5, and the maximum daily rate is $7.

Discount Airport Parking

The short-term garage, Garage A, offers the same first half hour is free offer. After this the rate is $1 for the first hour, $3 for up to two hours, $5 for up to three hours, $7 for up to five hours, or $10 per day. The indoor moving sidewalk also brings passengers into the airport from Garage A. Additionally, there is a tunnel leading right to baggage claim from the garage, and a pedestrian bridge is found on Level 3 that leads to the the terminal.

For those who do not mind parking a distance from the airport, there is also an economy lot located down the street that charges a flat-rate of $5 per day. A free shuttle bus brings passengers to the airport terminal.

Handicapped Parking

Both the short-term and long-term parking garages have handicapped accessible spots on each level. These parking spots are located closest to the walkways and elevators. Those parking in these areas must display a handicapped license plate or placard for the rear view mirror. Passengers who need to take their plate or placard with them during travels must talk to the parking garage attendant to ensure their car will not be towed while they are away.

Airport Hotel Parking

Holiday Inn Love Field offers free shuttles to the airport and does have packages for those who need to leave their car in the hotel parking area while out of town. La Quinta Inn also offers this package. Rates are often a little higher than standard room rates, but parking is free. Most hotels allow up to two weeks of parking at no additional charge making this an affordable option, especially for those with early morning flights. Passengers can stay in the comfortable lodgings the night before and then take the shuttle service directly to the airport the next morning.
