Car Rental

Eight rental car companies currently service Charlotte International Airport. Travelers can make reservations in advance or arrange transportation upon arrival. Rental car booths are available for Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty rental companies. Rental car booths are positioned on the lower level of the Main Terminal near baggage claim.

Public/Ground Transfer

The Charlotte metro bus line services the International Airport. With the exception of bus service, passengers can arrange transportation on level one of the Main Terminal. Passengers who arrive and depart the airport on the metro bus line can access public transportation in front of zone D outside baggage claim.

Airport Shuttles

Charlotte International Airport shuttles are available to carry passengers to the long term parking lot and remote parking lots. Travelers can also arrange private transportation service. Several shuttle companies service the airport and transfer passengers to various locations. Make reservations in advance or visit the information booth located in baggage claim.

Limousine Services

A variety of private and individual limo services such as Action Limo, For His Glory Limousine, and Journey Limousine are licensed to operate at Charlotte International Airport. Passengers can reserve a limo or town car prior to arrival. Limousines are available curbside outside baggage claim on the lower level of the Main Terminal.

Taxi Services

Taxi services operate continuously at Charlotte International Airport and pre-arrangements are not required. Taxi companies that service the airport include American Cab Company, Crown Cab Company, and Yellow Cab Company. Taxicabs are accessible on the lower level of the Main Terminal outside baggage claim in the pick-up and drop-off zones.
