There are also some browser extensions, such as FireFox GoogleBar, that can interfere with Javascript. If you turn off such mechanisms one at a time, you can sometimes figure out which one is a problem. When you can isolate such a problem, please send us feedback with details, so we can try to fix the problem.

May 2009: We've recently heard from some customers who use Symantec ad blocker (a product sometimes bundled with Symantec Client Firewall, Norton Internet Security, or Norton 360) that Symantec released a new set of ad blocker definitions that has left some people unable to view search results on our site.
