SideStep works well with the Firefox browser. If you are using
Windows, you can also use Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are
using Mac, use Firefox.

Browser Configuration Requirements
Javascript.
You must have Javascript enabled to use SideStep, as we use JavaScript
to deliver fast, interactive pages.
Cookies.
You must have cookies enabled, as SideStep uses cookies to
remember your search (more info).
Anti-spyware.
Some anti-spyware and anti-adware software mistakenly remove
large search result sets. If you do not see any results from a Kayak
search, try to temporarily disable your anti-spyware/adware
software to see if that fixes it. If so, please
let us know
which anti-spyware/adware program you were using.
Web accelerators.
Some web accelerator programs are very buggy. They try to speed
up your web experience (particularly for those of us who are still
stuck with dialup modems) but they often corrupt any complicated
HTML pages. If you are using a web accelerator and are having
trouble getting results, try to disable it to see if that works.
You can also try running SideStep in
secure mode (that is https
and not http) to disable the accelerator for SideStep.
