Atherton Blue Gum provides quality Bed & Breakfast rooms or Two Bedroom Apartment. Set high on the slopes of Halloran’s Hill, Atherton Blue Gum is only 1.7 kms from the Main St of Atherton, with all it provides, but has a feeling of being “in the country”, with clean, fresh mountain air. It is central to all attractions & activities on the Atherton Tablelands and wider region, but only minutes to restaurants, hotels and shops, in Atherton or Yungaburra. Native fauna & flora abounds.
All B&B rooms have ensuites, private entrance, Austar satellite TV with DVD & VHS access. A continental style breakfast is included in the tariff for two persons. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the top deck, while you feast on the panoramic views with other guests, or in the guest’s common room or poolside, in a more private area. You have a choice of three rooms, the Deluxe & Superior sleep a maximum of three persons, and the Standard family room sleeps a maximum of 4. A cooked breakfast is available at an additional cost.
The Two Bedroom, Apartment has the same facilities in the bedrooms as the B&B rooms, both bedrooms have their own ensuite. The kitchenette has limited cooking facilities, breakfast is not included in the apartment tariff but is available at an additional cost. The Two Bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 persons.
Atherton Blue Gum’s Facilities includes a sparkling heated pool & spa. An all weather pergola is poolside and a gas BBQ provides a cooking option. The Hallorans Hill lookout is a short walk and from there you can access magnificent vista’s, BBQ facilities, children’s playground and the crater, mabi rainforest walk.
Self Drive Itineraries are available at check in, for three, very full days of sight seeing. Atherton Blue Gum has a two night, minimum stay policy.
