Beginning May 27 through June 27, 2008, the Aston Maui Lu will be upgrading the walkways and railings of the Vancouver Building.. Beginning June 24 through September 7, 2008, the Aston Maui Lu will be replacing the roof of the Haleakala Building as well as upgrading the bridges, walkways and railings of the building.. The property will take appropiate action to minimize any inconvenience to our mutual guests. Work will be done only from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Guests will not be assigned rooms in the buildings where work is being performed. The Ocean view and Ocean front categories are located Oceanside and therefore will not be affected.. Effective November 16, 2006, all Aston & ResortQuest Hawaii's managed hotels and condominiums will be non-smoking. .
