The Sandman Calgary is located in the center of downtown Calgary, minutes away from shops, numerous restaurants and nightlife. There's a tram stop outside the hotel and it's only a 15 minute walk to the Greyhound bus station, where you can travel easily to other areas, like Banff. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet. The Moxie's Grill upstairs serves good food and there's a good selection of drinks available in the M-Bar lounge. There's a fitness centre with an indoor pool and whirlpool which is nice after a day's sightseeing. The staff are always helpful and polite.
