Condominiums include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, icemaker refrigerator/freezer, cookware and eating utensils, towels, bedsheets, and linens, washer/dryer, a cable tv in the family room, and patio furniture. Unlike competetors who waste your time by having you drive first to a welcome center, we provide directions directly to the home where you will use a code to retrieve your keys from a lockbox! Save valuable vacation time and money by preparing nutricious meals for your family and spending time together in your private pool. We provide 24 Hour on-call maintenance for your comfort. A one-time HOUSEKEEPING FEE is charged on all stays 3 nights or less and are as follows- Condos- 2BR 65.00; 3BR 70.00; 4BR 75.00. Homes- 3BR 70.00; 4BR 75.00; 5BR 80.00; 6BR 85.00. These fees will be added to your reservation upon receipt by Florida Vacation Quest.
