You are only moments away from a variety of great restaurants and specialty shops. Relax on the beach, or in a comfortable one-hour drive be at the exciting theme parks and attractions of Central Florida. Wouldn't it be great to have the luxury of an oceanfront resort with all the comforts of home? How about waking up to brew a hot cup of coffee or tea and enjoying it on your own private balcony? Or the convenience of preparing meals in your own kitchen without having to get dressed up and go out? Your kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, cooking utensils; dishes and cutlery to enjoy home cooked meals in the privacy of your own dining room. There's also a microwave for that late night popcorn. OPTIONAL EXTRAS (Payment due upon arrival) Please call our office to make arrangements for the below extras: Cribs: $15 per week additionalHigh Chair: $10 per week additional ***CHECK IN PROCEDURES***A $20 processing fee and a $35 damage waiver will be collected at check in (non-refundable). Stays less than five (5) nights will be charged a cleaning fee applicable to the unit size. ALL GUESTS MUST CALL OUR OFFICE 48 TO 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO GET CHECK IN INFORMATION. Guests may check in between 3pm and 10pm at our office located at 5946 Curry Ford Road in Orlando or make arrangements to check in with our local representative in Cape Canaveral. At the time of check in two forms of ID are required and if a credit card was used for deposit and or payment, IT IS REQUIRED that the same credit card is available at time of check in. Guests will receive a packet, which includes directions to their unit. ***CHECK OUT PROCEDURES***Guests must check out by 11am. We ask that our guests return to Ventura Resort Rentals or see our local representative to return all keys, club cards, pool passes, etc.
