Facilities within the Welcome Center include guest reception and registration area, copier and fax facilities, an internet cafe with high-speed internet access, reception lounge with free coffee. In addition, there are car parking facilities that also include the opportunity to take helicopter rides over the surrounding area including the theme parks (prices for rides are available upon request). CHECK-IN FOR YOU RESERVATION LOCATED AT: 9550 W Us Highway 192 Clermont, FL 34711 Upon check-in, guests will be charged a non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $65 USD +tax per property booking, which is paid directly to the resort and is added for guests convenience and peace of mind. While the guest remains responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee ensures that the guest will not be charged for damages that are clearly of an accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,000 maximum). Note, the person registering must be at least 21 years old and have a valid credit card and photo ID otherwise keys cannot be issued. NOTE: Stays less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning fee upon check-in. Cleaning fees for 2 - 7 bedroom properties range from $75 - $125 plus tax.
