Located in the heart of Valencia, within the historical centre of the city, the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace is ideal for both leisure and professional guests. We gave a new impetus to our a la carte restaurant on the 15th March 2009. It has a new name, AB Vinatea, inspired by the Latin expression that speaks of the evolution of the surroundings while retaining our roots: the quality and continuous improvement of our cuisine and service. We have created a new space for the best rice dishes in Valencia and for avant-garde Mediterranean cooking, with a new image based on the elegant modernity which characterises Ayre Hotels and the tradition of the Astoria Palace.
