Lincoln Jackson is director of product management at Kayak.com. Lincoln believes that every pixel is sacred as he obsesses about optimizing ATF screen real estate for ROI. Lincoln, as does everybody at Kayak, believes that the customer is always right as he answers customer feedback, and analyzes focus group, usability test and survey data.

Lincoln has been known to dabble in the code ... fortunately not on "The Kayak" though :-)

Prior to Kayak, Lincoln spent 7 years running search at Lycos, most recently as senior director of search product management. In this role Lincoln managed all aspects of the search business.
