We ended up with seats in the very back. So they did not recline. Have no idea why, we reserved and checked in very early. The isles were very narrow and the seats had very little leg room. But they did give us water, and a snack.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

It got me where I needed it to; not much more. It had no competition so that was why I chose it.
The flight was short and that was the best part. The flight was about 90 minutes delayed.
I contacted both carriers months beforehand to change the cabin (booked in April) but to no avail (united asked to contact Swiss since it was their equipment, Swiss told me to reach out to united). So yeah… My seat was pretty worn down, legroom on 27K was more than enough, but still economy seating so, getting to know your neighbours was easy. According to ground staff, the flight was massively overbooked- and this showed. I ordered a gluten free meal beforehand (which was honoured) but for breakfast got a bread roll and croissant 🤷🏼♂️ The connection itself is great. Leaving SFO late PM to arrive at ZRH in the afternoon makes it easier to get re adjusted again. However, and since I’ve flown this connection a couple of times in the past, I will rather deal with one carrier only and include a layover on the east coast.
Poor customer service & placement in seating row with less leg room than we paid for.
Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.
Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Only major irritant: we were in row 40 sitting directly below announcement speaker. Music during boarding was painfully loud even with ear plugs in. Default sound level for announcements over entertainment system was set much higher than level I set for my headphones, so you get "blasted" when an announcement came on.
