the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.
The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.
Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.
Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.
Poor. 3 hours on the tarmac waiting for maintenance. We’re told numerous times it will be 10 minutes. Once going tv was blurry. Seat cramped. Not good at all. Missed an important meeting as a result.
Flight was delayed, which put a great stress on us, about potentially disrupting our two subsequent overseas flights. Had to run through the airport, but we made it. Comfort of the seat was non-existent.
Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.
Check-in was a little worrying cause we didn't get seat #'s until we asked the flight attendants at the desk. We were concerned that they overbooked the flight. But everything else was great.
The wi-fi was awful. I paid $8 each way and got little , except frustration. .
