The vehicle, a Pacifica mini-van, was clean and ready to go! Early morning car droff-off was equally easy.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
The man on duty when I picked the car up needs customer service training. He was obnoxious and condescending. He blamed the company for multiple errors which is not impressive. In my opinion he should not deal with public But other than him, my car, the simplicity of reservations and drop off clerk were all fantastic!!! I come home twice a year. I will rent here again.10.0 Wonderful
