Pros:I called the day prior to verify my rental and let them know I would arrive between 3-4pm. They gave my car to someone else and did not have any More convertibles.
Cons:I’m not fighting to get reimbursed from Allianz For my prepaid insurance for a car that was not available to rent.
Pros:Very friendly staff at drop Off. It was very convenient. Someone was waiting as pulled up to show me where to park and finish my transaction. He even offered to help with my luggage. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:The Alamo sign in Tallahassee was small on the parking lot drop off and the sign listed three different companies, Alamo was listed last
Pros:There overbooked and didn’t have any cars. The Alamo Agent knew they had no cars and yet let us stand in line forever anyway.
Cons:Don’t reserve cars you don’t have. Gave the decency to follow up and let us know before we get to the airport & wait forever in a line.

Cons:1) For a business traveller, no need to try to use scare tactics at the counter-reserve that for the tourists. 2) Raining @ Drop off time-no personell found. Walk up to terminal with bags in rain, then be told to return to lot-find personell hiding in car playing on phone. Then trudge back. Awful.

Cons:When i got off the plane and went to your counter there was no attendant. I had them paged and still no one showed up. I had to go to the other counters to get a car. Alamo gets an Fffffffffffffff for service.
Pros:The car was dependable and got good mileage, and for the most part was comfortable.
Cons:The car was really dirty, smelled like smoke, the windshield inside and out looked like it had never been cleaned. The inside of the windshield was smeared. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, then my wife found a cigarette on the back seat.

Cons:drop off was a tad off, because at 8am no one was manning the store
Pros:The car was very nice! Car Play, leather interior, air conditioned seats, etc. I'm not supposed to lift over 30lbs right now. They kindly helped me load my suitcases and wouldn't even accept a tip!
Cons:The gas tank wasn't entirely full when I picked up, and the sensor for the intelligent cruise control wasn't working right so cruise control did not work 95% of the time.
